Louisiana College receiver Kyle Galyon's touchdown catch named National Play of the Week

PINEVILLE, LA - For the second time in the past two seasons, Louisiana College has been honored with's National Play of the Week.

With the Wildcats traoling 35-20, LC freshman QB Easton Melancon found Kyle Galyon along the sideline before Galyon went full extension to make an outstanding one-handed touchdown catch to put the Wildcats back within one possession 35-27.

Former LC receiver and current student assistant Cortland Bell was also honored with's weekly honor in 2012 when he grabbed a last second touchdown catch from quarterback Jamie Bunting against Texas Lutheran last season.
